Why Soy Wax?

That's easy! There are so many reasons to choose Soy wax over paraffin wax. Soy wax is all natural and does not contain pollutants. Since it is a Soy base, it is 100% vegan (YAY, Animals)! Soy wax also allows for a cleaner burn and a longer burn time.

What is the estimated burn time?

When lit properly, the estimated burn time of our 9 oz candles is anywhere from 40-45 hours.

Tips when lighting my candle?

When first lighting your candle, we always recommend lighting it for at least 2-3 hours. This allowed time should create a large enough melt-pool for your candle to burn evenly. Also - always trim your wick! This eliminates the black "soot" around the edges.

Why does my candle look frosted on the sides?

This is very common with Soy wax candles - but, it is perfectly normal! It will not effect the burn quality or the throw of the scent.

How long does the shipping process take?

Normally, we are able to ship orders within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number and you'll soon be on your way to enjoying your Lit Soy Candle!
